US imaging is a VIP program for outpatient advanced imaging such as MRI, CT and PET scans.  Our program offers patients an enhanced radiology scheduling benefit.

It is important to call US Imaging because it may significantly reduce the patient's out-of-pocket costs. Please contact us at 877-874-6385 or log in above to request an appointment online.

If you have a patient who has the US Imaging program, you must call US Imaging to schedule their imaging through our program.  You will be made aware that a patient has US Imaging in the following ways:

• The back of the ID card indicates a phone number for MRI, CT and PET scheduling
• There is a sticker affixed to the back of the patient ID card
• The patient may have a separate US Imaging ID card
• The patient indicates that they have access to the US Imaging program. Please call us at 877-874-6385 and we will be glad to verify their elibility.

How to Schedule an Appointment

We make it simple for the referring doctor's office and the patient!

• Your office or the patient can call 877-874-6385 or log in above to request an appointment online.  We will work with you to identify a US Imaging facility that meets your needs and can accomodate the patient
• US Imaging will call your office to report the date and time of the patient's imaging appointment and to obtain a copy of the prescription to be forwaded in advance to the imaging facility
• You will receive a copy of the imaging report directly from the faciility in a timely manner with a CD of the image if requested

US Imaging provides VIP appointment scheduling for the patient, preparation and testing information, directions to the facility, reminder calls and a quality assurance program.  Our network is fully credentialed and meets American College of Radiology (ACR) standards.
