Karin Ajmani is Chief Executive Officer of US Imaging. From 2006 to 2008, Ms. Ajmani was President and Chief Executive Officer of AllRad Direct, a national diagnostic imaging network. Previously, Ms. Ajmani was the Chief Executive Officer of CarePlus Health Plan since its inception in 1996 and through the sale of the company in 2005 to the Amerigroup Corporation (NYSE:AGP). CarePlus Health Plan is a for-profit Medicaid managed care organization serving Medicaid, SCHIP and Family Health Plus members in New York City. She was responsible for all aspects of the company, including sales, quality and the transactional needs of acquisition. In her role, Ms. Ajmani established the first full-risk managed long term product in New York and served on various NYC workgroups to create policy for the Medicaid and the uninsured populations. Ms. Ajmani also worked for Physicians Health Services of New York (PHS), a Connecticut-based HMO from 1994 to1996. She received a Masters of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with summa cum laude honors. In 2003, Ms. Ajmani was chosen by Crain's Magazine as a "Top 40, Under 40" professional in New York City. Ms. Ajmani is involved in various professional organizations and is on the board of the New York Metro chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.

Meredith Levine is a Vice President of Provider Relations for US Imaging. Ms. Levine has over ten years of experience in healthcare. From 2001-2005, Ms. Levine worked at CarePlus Health Plan, a Medicaid managed care plan based in New York. Ms. Levine also worked at WellCare Health Plan (NYSE:WCG) where she performed extensive work in physician and IPA development, Medicare premium maximization and physician profiling. Ms. Levine received a Masters in Public Administration in Health Finance from New York University and graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in psychology.

Dave Johnson, Vice President of Customer Service for US Imaging, has an extensive background in customer service, operations and business development in many areas of the healthcare, service and software industries. His background includes National Imaging Associates, One Call Medical, Care to Care, AT&T, Merrill Lynch, and EDS. In addition Mr. Johnson has consulted numerous global 1000 companies over the past 20 years in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and Indonesia. He has managed client and partner relationships, and expanded professional services business by creating new and innovative business models and driving efficiencies through process improvements and technology adoption. Mr. Johnson has a Bachelors degree from Boston University, a Masters degree from Montclair State University and has completed significant doctoral work at Rutgers University.

Stephen McCready is the Vice President of Information Technology for US Imaging and is responsible for the support and development of internal computer systems. He has over 13 years experience in healthcare technology as a software developer, project manager and most recently as MIS Director at Royal Health Care, a technology service provider to the healthcare industry. Mr. McCready has served as an independent IT consultant to numerous companies in the healthcare industry including Quest Diagnostics and Affinity Health plan, an independent, not-for-profit managed care company dedicated to serving the needs of low income populations. He also served as IT Manager at Centene Corporation, a multi-line healthcare enterprise that provides programs and related services to Medicaid recipients. Prior to working in healthcare, Mr McCready worked in the UK insurance and banking industries. Mr. McCready received a HND (Higher National Diploma) in computing at Falkirk College in Scotland.
